Our Breathwork and Sound Healing sessions guide you inward — helping you clear what no longer serves, reconnect to your body’s innate wisdom, and awaken your spirit’s natural rhythm.

Each session weaves conscious breath with the healing vibrations of sound bowls, drums, chimes, and intuitive instruments — creating a sacred space for emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep restoration.

Our Ceremonies and Sacred Circles include cacao ceremonies, despacho ceremonies, drum and song circles — each held with reverence, joy, and deep respect for the sacred unfolding of life.

Through ritual, music, and shared intention, we honor connection to ourselves, to each other, and to Mother Earth.

  • You are absolutely welcome. No previous experience is necessary. We create spaces and ceremonies that honor both beginners and seasoned practitioners.

  • Our studio is located in Phoenix, Arizona. The address will be provided after booking to protect the sacredness and intimacy of our space.

  • Absolutely. While the energy of in-person gathering is beautiful, breathwork, sound healing, and sacred connection transcend physical space. We hold online sessions with the same intention, presence, and reverence.

  • Yes! If you’re interested in creating a custom session for yourself or your group, we would love to co-create something sacred with you.
